Lizard Orchid Developments, a joint venture between Easter Group and Abacus Developments, has sold all units at Aragon Park in Dunstable, which totalled 85,500 sq ft.
The last deal was the sale of 7,350 sq ft to K-Guard, a manufacturer and supplier of products for the construction industry.
Over 60% of the speculative units at Aragon Park in Dunstable were sold prior to practical completion. “Demand for high quality purpose-built production and warehouse units in Dunstable is strong. The success of our scheme can be attributed to its proximity to first-rate transportation networks and excellent standards of design and specification.” Says James Dipple, Easter Group’s development director for the project.
Agents for the scheme were Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills.
