Easter Park, Colchester is now 85% let following the recent completion of a 31,200 sq ft letting to Acoustica Manufacturing.
Unit 10 Easter Park has been acquired by Acoustica Manufacturing on a new ten year lease and will be the national headquarters for the specialist engineering company, which provides solutions for the control of industrial and environmental noise and vibration.
Units 4, 5 and 6 remain available on the estate, offering 5,900 – 15,000 sq ft of high quality buildings with B1, B2 and B8 planning consent.
