Great progress is being made on site at Easter Park, Beam Reach 8, Rainham. The steelwork is almost complete on the extension of the Wincanton unit and the new 30,000 sq ft MJF Data Management facility.
Both buildings are currently on programme with completion anticipated August / September this year along with the final section of Ferry Lane South.
There remains just 5 acres of land for design and build development in plot sizes of 1 acre upwards.
