Easter Developments have disposed of a further 2 units at the successful Beam Reach development in Rainham. DAB Lifts who have relocated from nearby Harbour House have acquired a unit comprising 3,250 sq ft. Simultaneously Total Foods have taken a lease of a 4,000 sq ft unit which will be fitted out to provide a chilled distribution facility.
Only 2 units remain available on a leasehold of virtual freehold basis.
