Easter Group has completed the sale of a 9,000 sq ft warehouse at Quatro Park in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, to Racing Line.
Racing Line is a dynamic company specialising in the complementary fields of marketing services and automotive/motorsport management. As marketing specialists in the automotive sector, Racing Line coordinates events and can outsource a whole marketing department. The race workshop develops new circuit cars, runs rally programmes and develops and sells branded merchandise.
James Dipple, development director at Easter, comments “Racing Line has moved from leasehold premises nearby into a prime new freehold unit which they found met their operational requirements, presented a strong corporate image as well as enabled them to own their own property.”
Quatro Park now has two quality industrial/ warehouse units of 7,500 and 8,000 sq ft remaining.
