Speculative Developments
Easter has a rolling programme of development projects being built for letting or sale. All are well located and have excellent access to major transport routes. Every development is specified to the highest standard and aims to provide practical and flexible space, meeting a lot of occupiers’ requirements.

Design and Build
Easter offers occupiers the opportunity to design and specify flexible building solutions to suit their needs. This process includes site identification and acquisition on either freehold or leasehold terms.

Site Acquisition
Easter acquires land for its development and investment programme. The current focus is to acquire sites in established regional centres and emerging locations where growth potential can be established at an early stage.

Easter has expertise in securing planning permissions and land is often acquired which has not yet been granted consent. Preferred lot sizes are between 5 and 100 acres.

Investments
Rebranding and Refurbishment
Easter’s investment team acquires selected properties where there is opportunity to add value and maximise returns through rebranding, active management and refurbishment for future let or sale.

Asset Management
Easter owns over 2,000,000 sq ft of commercial and industrial space throughout the UK. A dedicated management team works with tenants to enable them to focus on their core business functions.
