  • Easter is a private company whose small number of shareholders includes management and private investors.
  • Easter’s balance sheet has grown rapidly over the past six years. The March 2007 year end shows a net asset value of £35.0 million. The Group has gross property investments of £119.9 million. Group turnover for the year 31st March 2007 was £50.5 million.
  • The Easter Development Partnership was set up jointly in 2005 by Easter and Jones Lang LaSalle with the backing of private investors. It is intended that EDP will finance a substantial part of Easter’s development programme.
  • Developments are also funded by UK institutions such as Morley Fund Management, Legal and General, ING and Standard Life. Many leading institutions have purchased developments from Easter.
  • Easter's principal banker is HBOS and, in addition, debt is provided by Ahli, Dunbar and EuroHypo.
