About Easter

Easter was founded in 1991 as a specialist developer of business parks and industrial estates. Since then it has built or owned over 10,000,000 sq ft of floor space.

Easter’s development team works with a skilled group of professionals to produce consistently high quality buildings, which are carefully conceived to meet the needs of occupiers.

Easter has significant financial resources to support its development and investment programme. Easter retains selected projects for its own investment portfolio and actively manages a number of established industrial estates where there are opportunities to improve returns.

Easter regularly works successfully in partnership with Local Authorities and other Landowners to achieve planning permission and bring forward the development of their land.

Easter Group is committed to the principles of sustainable development and is a member of the UK Green Building Council. We recognise that the long-term financial performance of our business is increasingly linked to environmental and social responsibility. Easter is seeking to achieve high environmental ratings for its developments, including the use of energy efficient lighting; natural ventilation; recycled and reusable materials; waste and water management; and green travel plans. Easter's Butterfield Business and Technology Park in Luton is one of the first office buildings in the UK to incorporate the pioneering earth duct ventilation system, which will reduce energy consumption by up to 75%.
